We first met with Kate over two years ago when we started tossing around the idea of moving. We looked at a few houses and decided to hold off. In early September 2020 we got in touch with Kate and set up an appointment. She was just as pleasant as the first time around and came with comps and a whole marketing plan to sell our home of 32 years. We decided to use Douglas Elliman and Kate for the purchase of a new home as well. We listed our home on a Wednesday and by Sunday had 10 offers over selling price!
